Washington E-Bike Laws: No Row on This Desk

Washington has no statute reading and no complete directory row on this desk. The extract was cut off. This page does not invent one. Not legal advice.

The short answer

Washington has no statute reading and no complete directory row on this desk. The extract was cut off. This page does not invent one. Not legal advice.

This desk does not have a Washington statute, and it does not have a complete directory row. Redtail’s 6 October 2026 table was cut off before Washington in the extract that was kept. Inventing a helmet age would be worse than a blank. This is not legal advice.

Use the United States pillar for the federal test, and the class chart for the vocabulary. Then open the state code. A missing row is not permission.

Yamaha NMAX E: 104 km Is 33.65 Wh per kmLaunches

Yamaha NMAX E: 104 km Is 33.65 Wh per km

Yamaha's 4 November 2026 release puts the NMAX E at EICMA with a fixed 3.5 kWh battery and 104 km in WMTC mode. Three thousand five hundred watt-hours divided by 104 is 33.65 watt-hours a kilometer, about 54.2 watt-hours a mile. EICMA adds 7.5 kW, 33.3 Nm, an 800-watt charger, and a 5 kWh option that Yamaha's release does not print. The other scooter on that release, the XENTER E, is 108 km on the same 3.5 kWh. Gazzetta's headline used 108 on the NMAX. The body of that story says 104. No price. European sales are written as spring 2027. This desk did not ride it.

Zero Project Ventura: 75 Miles and 93 Are Not One Claim

Gear Patrol's 4 November line, Zero's approachable new street moto, is Project Ventura. The show pages agree on more than 20 kW, 17-inch street wheels, ABS, an onboard Level 2 charger, and summer 2027. They do not agree on range. Electrek and Motorcycle News print about 93 miles, which is 150 km. Gear Patrol, TechRadar, and EVXL print 75 miles. Ninety-three minus 75 is 18. Those are not a unit conversion. No battery capacity was printed, so there is no watt-hour per mile. A target under $8,000 and a target under £8,000 are not the same ceiling. This desk did not ride it.

ReBake Abler: 4 kWh and 160 km Is 25 Wh/kmLaunches

ReBake Abler: 4 kWh and 160 km Is 25 Wh/km

ReBake showed the Abler at EICMA on 3 November 2026. The Abler45 is an L1e-B moped: 4 kW nominal, 5.12 kW peak, 45 km/h, from €3,990 with one 2 kWh pack. The Abler80 is the L3e-A1: 6.14 kW nominal, 7.68 kW peak, over 80 km/h, from €4,990 with two packs. Two packs are 4 kWh. Four thousand watt-hours divided by the 45's 160 km city claim is 25 watt-hours a kilometer. The one-pack claims are exactly half. The studio box in the photograph says 5.8 kW. The table says 5.12.
