Gazelle’s New Ultimate Class 1 Bikes: T10, C5, C380

The US family page lists three new Class 1 Ultimates from $3,499, $3,999, and $4,499. All three print 540Wh. The C380+ on the same page is still the 28 mph bike. Canada’s T10 card says $4,999.

The short answer

Gazelle’s US page lists three new Class 1 bikes: the T10 from $3,499, the C5 from $3,999, and the C380 from $4,499. Each card says 540Wh. The T10 is an Active Line Plus at 60 Nm. The C5 and C380 are a Performance Line at 75 Nm. The C380+ beside them is Class 3 at 28 mph. Canada’s T10 card says $4,999. A $3,499 tile is not always the T10.

Gazelle’s US Ultimate family page, opened 28 September 2026, lists three bikes marked New and Class 1: the T10 from $3,499, the C5 from $3,999, and the C380 from $4,499. Each card prints a 540Wh battery. The T10 card says a Bosch Active Line Plus at 60 Nm and a 10-speed derailleur. The C5 and the C380 say a Bosch Performance Line at 75 Nm. The C380 card adds an Enviolo stepless hub with a 380 percent range. None of those three cards says 28 mph. The C380+ on the same page does. The plus is not this bike.

US family page, gazellebikes.com/en-us/models/gazelle-ultimate, this desk’s 28 September 2026 open. A blank cell is a word that card did not print. The C380+ row is the other bike.

Class 1 is 20. The plus is 28.

The hero on that family page says pedal assist up to 20 and 28 mph. That is two caps, because the page is two classes. A Class 1 bike assists while you pedal and cuts out at 20. It does not get a throttle in the three-class model. A Class 3 cuts out at 28 and still wants the pedals. The class chart is the hangtag. The new T10, C5, and C380 cards say Class 1. The new C380+ card and the T11+ card say Class 3 and 28 mph. Do not buy the $3,499 tile because the hero mentioned 28.

Three different cards on that page use $3,499. The new T10 is from $3,499 with no crossed-out price. An older C8 tile is $3,499 from $4,199, and that card is an Active Line Plus at 50 Nm with a 500Wh pack, not 60 Nm and not 540Wh. A C380+ sale tile is $3,499 from $4,999 and does not print a motor. Same digits. Not the same bike. Momentum Mag, 25 September 2026, put the three new models at $3,499, $3,999, and $4,499 and said they were available through US and Canadian dealers. Canada’s own family page, opened the day before, listed the T10 at $4,999 and the C5 at $5,499, still Class 1, still 540Wh, still 60 Nm and 75 Nm. A Canadian dollar and a US dollar are not a rounding error. Read the flag on the page.

Three cards say $3,499. Only one of them is the new Class 1 T10.

What the plus page already was

This desk’s C380+ piece is a different open. That product URL printed a Performance Line Speed at 85 Nm, a 500Wh pack written as 13,5 Ah at 36 volts, 28 mph, and 55.6 lb with the battery out. It did not print a price, and it did not print 540Wh. Thirty-six times 13.5 is 486, which is still not 500 and still not 540. The family page now also has a C380+ card at 90 Nm, 540Wh, Class 3, from $4,999. BikeRumor’s June note on the 2.0 was a Sport motor at 85 Nm with a Flow-app step to 90, a 540Wh pack, and $4,999. The family card prints 90 Nm as the motor line. It does not say “after the app.” Speed, Sport-at-85, and Sport-at-90 are three sentences. The no-plus C380 at 75 Nm and $4,499 is a fourth.

Belt, Nexus, and the display

The US cards are short. Momentum is the longer reading, and it is a magazine, not the shop tile. It says the T10 is the conventional one: 10-speed Shimano Cues, Active Line Plus, 60 Nm, which matches the card. It says the C5 is a Gates carbon belt and a Shimano Nexus five-speed internal hub. The card only says “5 speeds.” It says the C380 is a Gates belt and an Enviolo hub, and that this one gets the Kiox display with navigation. The card says Enviolo and does not say belt or Kiox. Electric Bike Report’s 27 September note says riders get either a Kiox or a Purion depending on the model, and does not assign which. Do not write Purion onto the T10 because a roundup said “either.”

Momentum also says each of the three can start at an integrated 540Wh and go to an 800Wh pack or a Bosch PowerMore 250 range extender. That 800 and that extender are not on the three New cards this desk read. The 540 is. Wider tires, an air fork, a suspension seatpost, and brake lights that brighten when you slow down are Momentum’s equipment lines for the set. The US hero agrees on wide tires and front suspension and does not print a millimeter or a lux. Gazelle’s own film, below, walks T10 against C5 against C380. It is a brand video. It is not a scale and it is not a range loop.

Royal Dutch Gazelle North America, published 24 September 2026. T10, C5, and C380. The shop cards are the prices. The film is the drivetrain story.

An upright city bike, not a photo of the new Class 1 C380. The plus sign is a different card, and that card still says 28 mph.

Who they are for

Buy the T10 if you want the $3,499 Class 1 card, a derailleur, and 60 Nm, and you have checked you are on the US page. Buy the C5 if you want the $3,999 card and you have confirmed the “5 speeds” line is the Nexus belt bike in the shop, not a guess. Buy the no-plus C380 if you want Enviolo, 75 Nm, and $4,499, and the sticker says Class 1. Buy the C380+ only if the bike in front of you matches the card you meant: Speed and 500Wh with no price, Sport and 540Wh at $4,999, or the sale tile at $3,499 that names no motor. Those are not a bundle. A watt-hour of 540 is the printed tank on the new cards. It is not the 500Wh nameplate on the older plus URL, and it is not 36 times 13.5.

Questions people ask

What is the difference between the Gazelle Ultimate C380 and the C380+?+

On the US family page opened 28 September 2026, the C380 with no plus is Class 1, a Performance Line at 75 Nm, 540Wh, Enviolo, from $4,499. A C380+ card is Class 3, 28 mph, a Performance Line Sport at 90 Nm, 540Wh, from $4,999. An older product URL printed a Speed motor at 85 Nm and 500Wh with no price. Do not merge them.

How much is the Gazelle Ultimate T10?+

The US family card says from $3,499, Class 1, Active Line Plus, 60 Nm, 10-speed, 540Wh. Canada’s family card listed the T10 at $4,999 with the same class, motor, and watt-hours. A C8 sale tile and a C380+ sale tile also say $3,499. Read the name.

Are the new Gazelle Ultimates Class 3?+

The T10, C5, and no-plus C380 cards say Class 1. Class 1 assist stops at 20 mph. The C380+ and T11+ cards say Class 3 and 28 mph. The page hero mentions both speeds because both classes are on the page.

Do the new Ultimates have a 540Wh battery?+

Yes, on the three new US cards and on the Canada cards this desk opened. Momentum also wrote an 800Wh upgrade and a PowerMore 250 extender. Those two are not printed on the New cards. The older C380+ product URL printed 500Wh, not 540.
