The Zero SR/F is a street motorcycle, not a Class 1–3 e-bike. The US table says 111 hp, 17.3 kWh max, 15.1 nominal, 124 mph, $18,495. An EU dealer sheet still says 15.6 kWh.

The short answer
The Zero SR/F is a street motorcycle, not a Class 1–3 e-bike. Zero’s US table prints 111 hp, 140 lb-ft, 124 mph, 17.3 kWh maximum, 15.1 kWh nominal, and $18,495. City range there is 176 miles. Another field says 187. zeromotorcycle.eu still prints 82 kW and 15.6 kWh. Do not average them.
The Zero SR/F is a street motorcycle, not a Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bike. Zero’s US spec table prints 111 hp (83 kW) at 5,600 rpm, 140 lb-ft (190 Nm), a 124 mph maximum, a 17.3 kWh maximum, a 15.1 kWh nominal, and an MSRP of $18,495. City range on that table is 176 miles. A field on the same US page says 187 miles. The European dealer site zeromotorcycle.eu still prints 82 kW, a 15.6 kWh maximum, a 13.7 kWh nominal, and 272 km in the city. That is an older sheet, not a rounding of 17.3. The row on this desk’s list links here.

The US table, and the European one
Zero’s US SR/F spec table and the European dealer site zeromotorcycle.eu. One hundred forty pound-feet is 190 newton-meters. That pair agrees. The packs do not. The US page also prints a 187-mile city field next to the table’s 176.
| US table | European page | |
|---|---|---|
| Power | 111 hp (83 kW) at 5,600 rpm | 82 kW at 5,600 rpm |
| Torque | 140 lb-ft (190 Nm) | 190 Nm |
| Top speed | 124 mph max. Sustained 106 mph. | 200 km/h max. Sustained 177 km/h, about 110 mph. |
| Battery | 17.3 kWh maximum. 15.1 kWh nominal. | 15.6 kWh maximum. 13.7 kWh nominal. Older sheet. Not the US table. |
| Range | City 176 miles. Highway commuting 117 miles, the 70 mph SAE J2982 mix. A field on the same page says 187 miles. | City 272 km, about 169 miles. A headline 320 km is labeled with a Power Tank. |
| Charge | 110V: 7.0 hours from 20% to 80%, 11.1 hours from 0 to 95%. Level 2, 6.6 kW: 1.4 hours from 20% to 80%, 2.2 hours from 0 to 95%. A 6 kW rapid charger: 43 minutes to 80%, 1.1 hours to 95%. | 6 kW integrated, upgradeable to 7 kW. Standard charge 2.7 hours to 100% or 2.2 hours to 95%. Headline: 60 minutes. |
| Chassis | 500 lb curb, 500 lb capacity. Seat 31.0 in. Wheelbase 57.1 in. Showa forks, Bosch MSC, Pirelli Diablo Rosso III. | 227 kg curb, which is the same 500 lb. Seat 787 mm. Cypher III. The US page says Cypher III+. |
| Warranty | 2 years. Power pack 5 years, unlimited miles. | 2 years. Power pack 5 years, unlimited kilometres. |
Seventeen point three kilowatt-hours and 15.6 are not a rounding. The US table prints 15.1 nominal beside that 17.3 maximum. The dealer sheet’s nominal is 13.7. Eighty-three kilowatts and 82 are a smaller fight, and they are still two printed peaks. One hundred seventy-six miles and 187 miles are on the same US page. Use the table’s 176, and do not pretend the 187 field is not there. One hundred seventeen miles is a 70 mph commuting mix, not the city number. The European 320 km line is a Power Tank claim, not the 272 km city line. Charge time is four sentences, not one. A marketing field on the US page prints “60” next to optimal charge time and does not put a unit on that value. The European dealer page does: 60 minutes. The fastest line in the US table is 43 minutes from 20 to 80 percent, and that one requires the 6 kW rapid charger, not the 6.6 kW unit already in the bike.
One hundred eleven horsepower is a motorcycle. The class chart does not have a row for it. The license is the permission, not a 28 mph sticker.
Who it is for
Buy it if you want Zero’s naked street bike, you can license and insure a motorcycle, and you will read whether the bike in front of you is the US 17.3 kWh sheet or the 15.6 kWh sheet still on zeromotorcycle.eu. The curb weight agrees at 500 pounds. The motor family name agrees: Z-Force 75-10, air-cooled, belt final drive, 90-tooth over 20-tooth. Cypher is the operating system on both pages. The US page says Cypher III+. The dealer site says Cypher III. That is a version word, not a reason to average the packs.
The LiveWire S2 Del Mar is the other street motorcycle on this list, and that row is also two bikes. This one is the Zero. It fails the class chart. Seventeen point three kilowatt-hours is 17,300 watt-hours. The watt-hour page is the unit. Divided by 176 miles it is about 98 watt-hours a mile. Divided by 117 it is about 148. Those are the US claims turned into arithmetic, not a loop this desk rode.
Questions people ask
Is the Zero SR/F an e-bike?+
No. It is a street motorcycle. The US table prints 111 hp and 124 mph. Class 1–3 stops at a bicycle under 750 watts. The permission is a motorcycle license, not a 28 mph sticker.
How far does the Zero SR/F go?+
The US table says 176 miles in the city and 117 miles on the 70 mph highway-commuting mix. A field on the same page says 187 miles. Use 176, and do not hide 187. The dealer site’s 272 km city line is the 15.6 kWh sheet.
What battery is in the Zero SR/F?+
The US table prints 17.3 kWh maximum and 15.1 kWh nominal. zeromotorcycle.eu still prints 15.6 kWh maximum and 13.7 kWh nominal. Those are two sheets. The curb weight agrees at 500 pounds either way.
How much does a Zero SR/F cost?+
Zero’s US page prints an MSRP of $18,495. A 2024 builder page showed $20,495 reduced to that same $18,495. The cart, after freight and tax, is the price. This desk did not print a current euro total.

What Is a Class 1, 2, and 3 E-Bike?
Class 1 is pedal-assist to 20. Class 2 adds a throttle to 20. Class 3 is pedal-assist to 28. A Tuttio is none of these. The sticker is not the trail.

Understanding Volts, Amps, and Watt-Hours
Voltage is pressure. Amps are flow. Watt-hours are the tank. The hangtag that only says 750W is selling you one of those three.
