E-Cells 50 Series: Everything You Need to Know
No cart prints “50 Series.” The April 18, 2025 MONSTAR archive prints Samsung 50-S cells, dual 1500W motors, and $4,095. It does not print watt-hours. 60×20 plus 60×15 is 2100.

The short answer
No cart uses that list name. The April 18, 2025 MONSTAR archive asks $4,095 for dual HENTACH 1500W hubs and Samsung 50-S cells, 20 amp-hours in front and 15 behind. Watt-hours are not printed. Multiplying each pack and adding them lands on 2,100. The display line says 20 mph and an unlock past 45. Orders stopped ten days later.
The E-Cells 50 Series is a list label, not a model name on ecells.com. The closest cart is the AWD MONSTAR 3000w, archived April 18, 2025, at $4,095 with no sale strike. That sheet prints dual HENTACH 60V 1500W motors, 147 Nm each, and a combined 294 Nm. Front pack: 60V 20Ah, Samsung 50-S 21700 cells, marked 80BMS. Rear pack: 60V 15Ah, same cell family, with a taillight. Watt-hours are absent. 60 times 20 is 1,200. 60 times 15 is 900. The sum is 2,100. Ten days later, on April 28, David Cleveland posted that the company was closed and was not taking new orders. The row links here.

Two thousand one hundred is the check the MONSTAR sheet skipped. Two thousand eighty is the check the Truckrun spec cell got right and the intro missed by forty. Publishing 2,050, or calling every Samsung 50-cell pack the same bike, invents a third machine. The S cell and the E cell are not the same part. A fork nicknamed Triple Crown is not the 3000-watt Truckrun bike.
The archive says 50-S and $4,095. It does not say 50 Series, and it does not say watt-hours. The sum of the two packs is 2,100.
Who it is for
It is a used-market question, not a cart you can pay. Buy it only if the seller can show which cells are in the case and whether the display is still locked at 20. Do not buy a Five Star because a listing used this row’s label. Do not buy the Truckrun bike because both pages mention a 50-cell. The April 18 price is a record of what the site asked ten days before it stopped selling.
Three thousand watts fails the three-class bicycle test before the class label. A Super Monarch 2.0 on this list is the older 1000W cart, still on 35E cells, not this chemistry. A Super Monarch 3.0 is the Crown sheet that does print 50E and 1,820 watt-hours. The watt-hour page is why 2,100 is the missing line. A closed warranty is not a class.

Does the MONSTAR sheet print watt-hours?+
No. Front is 60 volts and 20 amp-hours. Rear is 60 volts and 15. Those products are 1,200 and 900. Added, that is 2,100. Do not invent a labeled figure the archive skipped.
Does a 20 mph lock make the MONSTAR a bicycle?+
No. The archive holds the display at 20 and mentions an unlock past 45 off-road. The hubs are dual 1500W. Federal bicycle rules want pedals, under 750 watts, and motor-only under 20. A class stamp does not erase the watt rating.
Is the MONSTAR still for sale new?+
Not from the maker. On April 28, 2025 David Cleveland posted that orders had stopped and leftover stock was not offered to the public. Electrek on May 5 repeats the post and adds a tariff of up to 170 percent the post does not print.

The cart does not print 3.0. The November 2024 Crown page says twin 750W, 1820Wh, 95 lb, and $4,595. A December 2020 piece printed 728Wh plus 910Wh. The shop tile was $4,295 from $5,595.

What Is a Class 1, 2, and 3 E-Bike?
Class 1 is pedal-assist to 20. Class 2 adds a throttle to 20. Class 3 is pedal-assist to 28. A Tuttio is none of these. The sticker is not the trail.
