The Tuttio ARC-I is a kids’ dirt bike, not a Class 1–3 e-bike. The single page prints a 750W hub, a 36V 13Ah pack, up to 22 mph, and $721.99 from $899.99. It sets a 15 mph lock that can be unlocked. The combo bullet and the homepage tile say 28 mph. Thirty-six times 13 is 468 watt-hours. A spare bundle prints 468Wh. The single spec table does not.
The Tuttio ARC-I is a kids’ electric dirt bike, not a Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bike, and not the ICT 2.0. The single-bike page prints a 750W hub, a 36V 13Ah pack, up to 22 mph, up to 25 miles, 70 N·m, and a sale of $721.99 from $899.99. The pages describe a twist throttle and five modes. This desk did not find a pedal crank on the spec blocks. A 15 mph lock is a parent switch. It is not a class, and it is not the 28 mph tile.
Seven hundred fifty watts is not under 750. Twenty-two mph, unlocked, is not a Class 2 cap. A kids’ age line does not create a bicycle.
Not the adult Tuttio
The ICT 2.0 is the fat-tire adult card, with a 5000W peak claim. The Soleil01 is the 14/12 pit bike. This one is the small chassis: 16-inch tires, a seat the tables cannot agree on, and a height window that stops near 4'11". The geometry sentence about adults is a template. The chips are not. It is not on the class chart. The watt-hour page is why 468 is the check, and why the spare bundle prints the figure the sheet skips. Tuttio’s own note says off-road and tells you to check local law. A blog says not for paved roads.
Who it is for
Buy the single if a child is inside 120 to 150 cm, the riding is private land, and the 15 mph lock stays on until a parent decides otherwise. The $721.99 sale, the 36V 13Ah line, and the 22 mph table agree on the single page. The homepage’s 28 does not. The load line does not agree with itself.
Skip it if you needed an adult bike, a bicycle, or one age. Eight-to-thirteen, six-to-thirteen, five-to-eleven, and five-to-eight cannot be published as one window. Do not pay the combo price and expect two of the 28 mph bullet if the chips on that page still say 22.

What does the bike weigh, and how old is the rider?+

What Is a Class 1, 2, and 3 E-Bike?
Class 1 is pedal-assist to 20. Class 2 adds a throttle to 20. Class 3 is pedal-assist to 28. A Tuttio is none of these. The sticker is not the trail.
