Tuttio ICT 2.0: Everything You Need to Know
The US ICT 2.0 page prints 5000W peak, 60V 25Ah, and up to 50 mph no-load, on sale at $1,398.99. A second card says the motor is 2500W. An EU card prints 103 lb. The weight line is about 120.

The short answer
The Tuttio ICT 2.0 is a fat-tire bike with pedals and a throttle, not a Class 1–3 e-bike. The US page prints a 5000W peak hub, a 60V 25Ah pack, up to 50 mph in no-load testing, and about 120 lb, at $1,398.99 from $1,799.99. Sixty times 25 is 1,500 watt-hours. That page does not print watt-hours. A second card says 2500W. An EU card prints 103 lb.
The Tuttio ICT 2.0 is a 20-by-4 fat-tire bike with pedals and a throttle, not a Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bike, and not the Soleil01. The US product page prints a 5000W peak brushless hub, a 60V 25Ah removable LG-cell pack, up to 50 mph in no-load testing, 220 N·m, and about 120 lb. The sale tag is $1,398.99 from $1,799.99. Sixty times 25 is 1,500 watt-hours. That page does not print watt-hours. A second ICT card on the same site says the motor is 2500W with a peak of 5000W. An EU collection card prints a net weight of 103 lb (46.7 kg). The geometry line is 54.4 kg, written as about 120 lb. Do not average the weights. The list’s ~$1,400 matches the sale, not the $1,799.99 tag. The row links here.

Two cards, and an older EU blurb
US product page, the second ICT card, the EU collection, the homepage tile, and an Amazon listing. Watt-hours are this desk’s multiplication.
| What is printed | |
|---|---|
| Motor | US spec table: 5000W peak brushless hub, 220 N·m. No rated watts in that table. Second card: a 2500W motor with a 5000W peak, and a 45-degree claim. Older EU blurb: Peak 4000W and a top speed from 43 to 49 mph. |
| Battery | 60V 25Ah, removable, LG cells, on that product page. 60 times 25 is 1,500 watt-hours. The page does not print that product. Charge: about 8 to 10 hours. |
| Speed | US spec: up to 50 mph in no-load testing. Homepage tile: 50 MPH. EU FAQ gear steps: 30, 40, 50, 60, and 80 km/h. Eighty km/h is about 50 mph. The same FAQ says a limit can be set at 20 mph. Amazon’s title says up to 50 mph with a 145 lb rider, not a no-load test. |
| Range | US: about 30 to 36 miles throttle-only, up to 75 to 100 miles with pedal assist. Homepage tile: 75 miles, not the band. EU FAQ: about 32 miles at top speed with a 100 kg load. Amazon: 40 to 60 miles electric, and 75 to 100 with assist. |
| Weight | US: 54.4 kg, about 120 lb. Rider window 5'2" to 6'8" (157–203 cm). Max load 330 lb / 150 kg. EU collection: 46.7 kg, 103 lb, and 5.2 ft to 6.6 ft. Each pair agrees inside itself. |
| Chassis | US: 20×4 all-terrain tires, 4-piston hydraulic discs, inverted fork, air-damped rear, Shimano 7-speed, IPX5, 6061 aluminum. Amazon’s title says 5 Speed. That is the listing title, not the Shimano line. |
| Price | US sale $1,398.99 from $1,799.99. A second US range ran $1,399.99 to $1,589. EU cards showed €1,399.99 from €1,799.99. Amazon showed $1,566.99 from $1,799.98. The list’s ~$1,400 is the sale, not the struck tag. |
Pedals are on this bike. A Shimano drivetrain and a pedal-assist range are on that product page. That does not make the watt line a bicycle. A page that also says the bike can be held to 20 mph is describing a limiter. The limiter is not the motor.
Five thousand watts, or the second card’s 2,500, is not under 750. A no-load 50 mph line is not Class 2 or Class 3. Pedals do not change the watt rating.
Not the Soleil01, and not a Light Bee
The Soleil01 is the 14/12 pit bike, with a US peak of 3000W and no pedal set on the pages this desk read. This one is the adult fat-tire card. The Light Bee comparison already said so: a 20×4 throttle bike is not a 19-inch trail chassis. The class chart still wants pedals, under 750 watts, and motor-only under 20. Two of those three are missing. The watt-hour page is why 1,500 is the check that product page skipped.
Who it is for
Buy it if the job is a fat-tire bike with a real crank, the height window fits, and you are reading the sale tag rather than the 4000W blurb. The $1,398.99 tag, the 60V 25Ah line, and the no-load sentence agree on that product page. The rated watts, the weight, and the electric-range band do not.
Skip it if you need one motor number, one weight, or a bicycle. Thirty to thirty-six miles on 1,500 watt-hours is about 42 to 50 watt-hours a mile. That is the throttle claim, not a loop this desk rode. Do not pay the EU card’s 103 lb and expect the 120 lb line, and do not pay Amazon’s 145-pound speed sentence and expect a no-load test.
Questions people ask
Why do two watt figures exist?+
The spec table says 5000W peak and does not print a rated watt. Another ICT card on the same site says a 2500W motor with that peak. An older EU blurb says Peak 4000W and 43 to 49 mph. Do not average the three.
Why is the weight 120 lb and 103 lb?+
The US geometry line is 54.4 kg, written as about 120 lb, and a height window of 5 feet 2 inches to 6 feet 8. The EU collection prints 46.7 kg, written as 103 lb, and 5.2 ft to 6.6 ft. Each pair agrees inside itself. They are not one weight.
How far does the US page claim?+
Throttle-only, about 30 to 36 miles. Pedal-assist, up to 75 to 100 miles. A homepage tile shortens the assist claim to 75. An EU FAQ estimates about 32 miles at top speed with a 100 kg load. Amazon’s listing says 40 to 60 miles electric, and 50 mph with a 145 lb rider, not a no-load test.
Does a 20 mph limiter make it Class 2?+
No. The EU collection says the bike can be restricted to 20 mph. The motor claims are 2500W, 4000W, or 5000W. Federal bicycle rules want pedals, under 750 watts, and motor-only under 20. Pedals are here. The watt line is not.

Tuttio Soleil01: Everything You Need to Know
The US page prints 3000W peak, 48V 21Ah, and modes up to 40 mph, on sale at $998.99. A UK page prints 2000W and 37 mph. The SE hero says 25Ah and the FAQ says 21Ah.

Tuttio ARC-I: Everything You Need to Know
The single ARC-I page prints 22 mph, 750W, and $721.99. The combo bullet and the homepage tile print 28 mph. A lock on the sheet is 15 mph. Not a Class 2 bicycle.

What Is a Class 1, 2, and 3 E-Bike?
Class 1 is pedal-assist to 20. Class 2 adds a throttle to 20. Class 3 is pedal-assist to 28. A Tuttio is none of these. The sticker is not the trail.
