Do not average 835 and 802. Only 17.4 amp-hours is printed, and that product is 835.2, which matches the 835 label and does not match 802. Do not average 93 and 95. Do not average 61.7, 61, 58, 50, 64, and 65. The 58 is a net figure that leaves off hardware a scale will include. Quote which mass and which assist. Rated 750 is not under the federal less-than-750 line. Peak 1,250 is the other number. Assist counts in print are four, five, and three. Do not pick a middle.

Who it is for
It is the carbon commuter if $2,499 and a rear hub are the bike you meant, and if you can lift the mass on a scale rather than the 50 lb line with the pack removed. It is not the Urtopia Carbon Joy. That one is a 20-by-3 utility carbon, on sale at $1,899 from $2,399, with a 529.2Wh pack and a spec that says 20 mph unless you unlock 25. A rear hub does not use the cassette the way a crank motor would. The hub versus mid-drive page is that split.
Pedals are on the bike. Class 2 or 3 on the block, a ship note of Class 1 and 2, and an unlock toward 28 are three different stickers. The class chart is why a 28 mph assist with a 750-watt rated motor is not a clean federal bicycle even when the thumb stops at 20. The watt-hour page is why 835.2 is the arithmetic and 802 is a different printed label.
