That version numeral is not on the cart. The March 2024 archive is the 1500 with two fork crowns and 120 mm of travel, against 80 mm before, plus twin 750-watt hubs, 170 Nm, and 1,820 watt-hours. Weight is 95 pounds. The shop tile was $4,495 from $5,995. A February 2023 review printed 32 mph. A customer comment says over 40. The spec block prints neither.
The E-Cells Super Monarch 4.0 is this list’s label for the Super Monarch AWD 1500 Dual Crown, and the cart never prints 4.0. The March 2024 product archive says the new fork has two crowns, 120 mm of travel, rebound, and compression, against 80 mm on the single-crown bike. Motors stay twin 750W 52V Bafang hubs, 170 Nm combined. Batteries: 52V 20Ah in front and 52V 15Ah on the rack, “1820 Watt Hours,” Samsung 50E written as 5500mh. 52 times 20 is 1,040. 52 times 15 is 780. The sum is 1,820. Weight: 95 lb with the packs. One thousand eight hundred twenty is the figure the amp-hours and the 2023 watt-hour labels share. Five thousand five hundred milliamp-hours is a typo sitting on a 50E name, not a third pack. Thirty-two and “over 40” are a review and a comment. Forty-five belongs to the Truckrun bike. Publishing 38 mph would invent a test.
The fork line says 120 mm, against 80 mm on the previous bike. The speed line on this spec block is blank. A review printed 32.
Who it is for
It is the 1500 with the stiffer fork, at 95 lb, if the bike in front of you has two crowns and a 26-by-4.25 tire. It is the wrong row if the fork is a 180 mm inverted unit or the motor casings say Truckrun. The $4,495 tile is a 2024 sale. The April 28, 2025 post said the company would not sell the leftover bikes to the public. A two-year motor warranty printed on a 2024 page does not reopen that door.
Fifteen hundred watts of named output, and a 2200W line on the sister Crown, fails the three-class bicycle test. A Super Monarch 3.0 is that single-crown Crown, with the 2020 pack fight still attached. A Super Monarch 2.0 is the 1000W cart. The 50 Series row is the MONSTAR, 50-S cells, no watt-hour line at all. The watt-hour page is why 1,040 plus 780 is the check, and why 5500mh is not.

No cart prints “50 Series.” The April 18, 2025 MONSTAR archive prints Samsung 50-S cells, dual 1500W motors, and $4,095. It does not print watt-hours. 60×20 plus 60×15 is 2100.
