The Sur-Ron Storm Bee is a full-size electric dirt bike, not a Class 1–3 e-bike. The UK spec table prints 22.5 kW, 383.5 ft-lb, a 104V 55Ah pack, 68.3 mph, and curb weight as 209/279 lb. The battery blurb on that page still says 90V 48Ah. A UK shop prints 127 kg and 520 Nm. 104 times 55 is 5,720 watt-hours. Do not average the two packs.
The Sur-Ron Storm Bee is a full-size electric dirt bike, not a Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bike. Sur-Ron UK’s spec table prints 22.5 kilowatts, 383.5 ft-lb at the wheel, a 104-volt 55-amp-hour pack, 68.3 mph, and a curb weight written as 209/279 lb. The battery section on that same page still says 90 volts and 48 amp-hours. RevMonkey’s UK shop page prints 127 kg, 520 newton-meters, £6,999 to £7,499, and 0–50 mph in 3.6 seconds. 209/279 is not a weight. It is two weights. A bike that is 209 pounds and a bike that is 279 pounds are not the same lift into a van. RevMonkey’s 127 kg sits on the heavy side of the slash. It does not license you to delete the 209. The pack is the same kind of problem. The spec table is 104 volts and 55 amp-hours. The battery heading on that page is still 90 volts and 48 amp-hours, which is the older Ampd Bros figure, including the 4,320 watt-hours that page prints. Rider Guide, checked September 11, 2026, repeated the table (22.5 kW, 104V 55Ah, 68.3 mph, 74.5 miles at 31 mph, the slash weight) and did not print the 90-volt blurb. Use the table if you are quoting the importer’s numbers, and say the blurb is still there.
209/279 is not a weight. Ninety volts and 104 volts are not one pack. Twenty-two and a half kilowatts is not a 750-watt bicycle.
What it is not
It fails the federal bicycle tests. No pedals that make it a bicycle, and 22.5 kilowatts is not less than 750 watts. The class chart does not have a row for it. A road-version sentence on a UK shop page, with ABS named and no second full sheet this desk could separate, is not a title. Ride it where a dirt bike is allowed. Sixty-eight miles an hour is not a bike-path number.
The Ultra Bee is the other full-size Sur-Ron: 24.5 kilowatts in Turbo, 74 volts and 60 amp-hours, 195 pounds on the cards that agree. That is more peak power and a smaller voltage than this table. The Light Bee X is the 19/18 trail bike, about 10 kilowatts and about 130 pounds on the 2026 cards. The Light Bee 2 is the 2026 24-kilowatt chassis, not this 21-inch bike. Do not shop them on the badge. The brake page is the Light Bee story. This spec table does not print a rotor.
Who it is for
Buy it if you want the big-wheel bike, you have a legal place to ride a dirt bike, and you will ask the dealer which weight is in the crate before you pretend you can lift it. Modes on that table are Eco, Daily, Sport, and Turbo. The controller line is a PMSM with an FOC sinewave controller. The page has a heading for a liquid-cooled MCU and does not print a coolant volume. SRTC and BERS are the assistance letters on that table. They are not a class sticker. The 3.6-second 0–50 mph line is RevMonkey’s, not a time this desk clocked. Range at a steady 31 mph is a claim with no rider weight.
The price to compare is the invoice. £6,999 to £7,499 is one UK shop’s range, not a US MSRP. Rider Guide could not find a factory US price on September 11, 2026. A crossed-out number on a cart you have not opened is not a price either. None of those pounds makes 22.5 kilowatts a Class 2. None of them picks 209 or 279 for you.

What Is a Class 1, 2, and 3 E-Bike?
Class 1 is pedal-assist to 20. Class 2 adds a throttle to 20. Class 3 is pedal-assist to 28. A Tuttio is none of these. The sticker is not the trail.
