Sixty-five, sixty-six-plus, and seventy are not a midpoint. The 95 km/h line is a homologated street listing, which is a different bike on the same name. Ninety millimeters of rear-shock stroke next to 250 millimeters of fork is what that one card prints. This desk is not correcting it into a motocross number. Fifty-four pounds and fifty-eight pounds are the same 24.5 kilograms with one bad parenthesis. Quote the kilograms. Four thousand three hundred twenty watt-hours and 4,374 watt-hours are 96 times 45 and 97.2 times 45. Creature’s 4.35 and 4.4 are a third rounding, not a measurement.
Thirty-two kilowatts is not a 750-watt bicycle. A gearbox can print 754 newton-meters at the tire and a much smaller number at the motor. Those are not two dynos.
What it is not
It is not the MX5 Pro. Canada’s card for that bike is 13.4 kilowatts, 72 volts, and 40 amp-hours. It is not the Ultra Bee, which the cards that agree put at 24.5 kilowatts and 195 pounds. A reseller page this desk opened was titled like an Altis and then pasted a 32-kilowatt, 216-pound, 21/18 sheet under a Komodo heading, with a $4,400 price line that belongs to neither argument. Read the voltage before you pay. If the cart says 72 volts, or 8 kilowatts, it is a different Talaria.
It fails the federal bicycle tests. No pedals that make it a bicycle, and 32 kilowatts is not less than 750 watts. The class chart does not have a row for it. Ride it where a dirt bike is allowed. The price to compare is the cart in front of you. The US numbers in this crawl ran from $5,599 to $8,602, and a euro price is not a dollar price.
Who it is for
Buy it if you want the 96-volt Talaria, the 21/18 wheels, and you can stand next to a scale. Two hundred sixteen pounds and about 270 pounds ready to ride cannot be averaged into one curb weight. Use the bike with the battery in, which is the only weight that matters on a trailer. Seventy miles at 28 mph has no rider weight on the line. Four thousand three hundred twenty watt-hours divided by 70 miles is about 62 watt-hours a mile. That is the claim turned into arithmetic, not a trail loop.
Skip it if the ad is a Sting, a Dragon, or a street-legal L3e at 95 km/h and you wanted the off-road card. Skip it if you need a plate. This desk did not find a US title on the off-road listings. Modes on the sheets that print them are Eco, Sport, Hyper, and reverse. That is a button map, not a test score.
